Terms & Conditions

1. Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction (State: Gujarat, Country: India).

2. Software is property of Pixobost Infotech and clients have rights to use the software.

3. We have right to change software prices at any point of time without prior notice.

4. For support & training Internet connection is must. If internet is not available, the support agreement will be void by default.

5. Support - maximum 30 minutes of free support will be provided in a day. Support will be available between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST during the weekdays. On Indian holidays and national holidays support will not be available.

6. Support does not include onsite training or visiting charges.

7. Customization is chargeable and will be done if feasible for our environment. Changes will be done after the confirmation and advance payment of $15 per hour.

8. Renewal or fixed charges have to be paid in advanced without fail and company has right to revoke the services if payment is not done in time.

9. All payments should be made in favour of "Pixobost Infotech" by IMPS/NEFT/RGTS, DD or Local / At Par Cheques only.

10. Data import from other software will be chargeable $200 per table in database.

11. Extra reports will be provided as per request priority and will required development time. (Request process method is - FIFO) For extra report, minimum $200 will be charged and cost could be increased as per the report development time estimation.

12. If in case client needs implementation support, charge of $200 per day. Normal implementation period comprises of 2 to 4 days with 6 hours working schedule.

13. 3 days complimentary online training will be provided for clients having more than 5 stores.
